Registration for 2025-26 Sacramental Preparation of your 2nd grade through 5th grade child begins here.

We are returning to the roots of the early church when parents heard the Good News of the Gospel and brought it home to share with the family. Parents are equipped to pass on the faith to their children by engaging in the material with them. Additionally, we meet on Sundays after Mass for catechesis and community building for parents and children.
Sacramental prep costs $125 for books, additional supplies and retreat materials. A copy of your child's BAPTISMAL CERTIFICATE is required and must be turned in with your registration.

If you are not a member of Christ the King Parish, Archdiocese guidance directs you to prepare your child at the parish you regularly attend. If you are not a parishioner, please contact Maria Holmes at [email protected] or (503)785-2410.
Once you are registered, the Director of Evangelization and Catechesis will schedule a time to meet with you in person to give you the schedule, give you an overview of the formation program and answer any questions you might have.
